We perform various types of inspection starting from the selection of raw materials up to the production of the final castings to ensure all our products are of good quality before being delivered. We utilize advanced technology to obtain quantifiable data as an indication of the product's quality assurance. An in-house laboratory is built which is specially dedicated to carry out these tests.
The sand is tested to ensure there are minimum impurities contained in the sand so that a more stable mould can be made to produce high quality casting.

The ultrasonic test is a method of finding evidence of internal cracks or hidden flaws within the metal casting for quality assurance.
We utilize incredibly sensitive measurement tools to obtain precise and accurate dimension consistently.
We utilize King hardness tester and Equotip hardness tester to measure the hardness of the metal. These sophisticated equipment never fail to provide accurate and reliable data for us to continually manufacture high quality casting for various industries.
